If you are getting a "Permission Denied" error when visiting www.quora.com/ads, it is likely due to one of the following:
You are logged into a non-English version of Quora
Quora Ads are currently available in English only. If you use a non-English version of Quora, switch back to your English profile by clicking the globe icon on www.quora.com.
Once you are logged into your English profile, navigate back to your Ads Manager.
You are logged into your Business Profile
At this time, Business Profiles cannot be used to access Quora Ads Managers. To switch back to your personal profile, click your profile icon on www.quora.com and click "Switch Accounts" from the dropdown menu.
You are not logged into the Quora user profile associated with your Ads Manager
Quora Ads Managers are accessed through your user profile. Visit www.quora.com to confirm you are signed into the correct user account.
Keep in mind that the email you use to log into Quora may differ from the email you shared with Quora Ads for email notifications. For example, users usually create Quora profiles with a personal email, and they use a business email for their Quora Ads emails.
You were removed by another account admin
If you were removed by another account admin, we strongly recommend working with your team to re-instate access to the Ads Manager. Please note that the Quora Ad Support Team cannot re-add users that were removed by another admin.
