Go to the Pixels & Events tab to check if the Custom Event's status is "Active." If status is "inactive" or has no events are recorded in the last 15 minutes, try a test conversion:
- Manually generate a conversion by navigating to the URL of your Custom Event.
- Wait at least 2 minutes.
- Go back to the Pixels & Events tab and check the Occurrences in the Past 15 Minutes column. The Custom Event is reporting correctly of this column displays a non-zero value.
