Invoicing is an exclusive benefit for managed accounts. For more information about our account management criteria, please refer to our article on Account Management Services.
While we are unable to make exceptions to our invoicing criteria, accounts can access downloadable invoices. Before downloading your invoice, please check your Payment Settings to ensure your business name and address is correct. This information will appear on the invoice. If you need to change this, you can edit the Business Billing Information section in your Payment Settings.
To download invoices from the Ads Manager:
- Visit the Billing History page.
- Next to Billing History, click the calendar icon to select the time period you want invoices for.
- Click "Download Invoices" and select whether you’d like the invoice to be CSV or PDF format.
- Click "Download" to confirm.
