We're a small team that works with many advertisers, so we are unable to provide account representatives or account managers to individual advertisers by request.
We review advertisers on a quarterly basis and identify those who would benefit from the support of a Customer Success Manager. Eligibility for dedicated support is dependent on a combination of factors including average spend across the previous months, success and potential on Quora, account standing and the capacity of our team. If you qualify for support from our Customer Success team we will notify you directly.
In the meantime, all advertisers are welcome to contact our Quora Ads Support team with any questions and requests. Depending on your needs, our Sales Team may be able to customize a specific plan for your business.
